Birmingham, Ala. – February 4, 2025— Arlington Properties, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Kelli Spencer as its newest Regional Vice President. Spencer brings two decades of property management experience to the Arlington Properties management team, further strengthening the company’s commitment to excellence in real estate development and property management.
Throughout her career, Spencer has held a variety of roles, advancing from Regional Manager to her most recent position as Vice President. Her expertise spans value-add projects, renovation initiatives, budgeting, dispositions, acquisitions, and asset management. She has played a key role in developing policies and procedures at two of her previous companies and possesses extensive knowledge of both lease-ups and stabilized properties.

A native of Ohio and a devoted Buckeye fan, Spencer currently resides in Greenville, S.C., with her husband and four children. She also holds a South Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License.
