Birmingham, Ala. March 13, 2025— Arlington Holding Company/Arlington Properties is pleased to announce that Caitlyn Limberg, Director of Human Resources, has achieved the Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, a distinguished certification recognizing expertise in strategic-level human resources.
The SHRM-SCP certification is designed for individuals with at least three years of experience performing strategic HR functions or SHRM-CP credential holders who have maintained their certification for three years while transitioning to a strategic-level role. Earning the SHRM-SCP demonstrates proficiency in policy development, HR operations management, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
As Director of Human Resources at Arlington, Caitlyn oversees all aspects of the company’s HR department, collaborating with teams to enhance processes and policies that promote productivity, compliance, and employee engagement. She leads personnel management efforts, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and performance management.
With over 17 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Caitlyn attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and has been a valued member of the Arlington team since 2014. Before joining Arlington, she worked with Van Metre Companies and United Dominion Realty.
Throughout her tenure, Caitlyn has received numerous accolades, including the Arlington Properties Can Do Attitude Award (2014), Manager of the Year (2015), and the Arlington Star Award – Stabilized Property (2017). Additionally, she holds several other industry credentials, including Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS).
Caitlyn also spearheaded Arlington’s 2023 United Way Campaign, with Arlington team members raising over $285,000 for local communities.
