In this role, Bullman will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s software systems to ensure operational efficiency and support the firm’s continued growth in the property management sector.
Bullman brings a well-rounded background in Property Management, including client relationship management and core property management systems consulting and support, while specializing in budgeting consulting, training, and operations support at all levels. He’s worked with top property management companies and industry software firms, including RealPage, Yardi, and Entrata. He has a client-centric approach and is passionate about optimizing solutions and processes for both clients and residents.
