Arlington Properties has announced the development of Tapestry Forest Creek, a 269-unit apartment community in Shelby County, Tenn., bordering the cities of Collierville and Memphis.
Scheduled to open in late 2023, Tapestry Forest Creek will join the Arlington-developed community, Velo Shelby Farms, completed in 2021. Velo Shelby Farms borders Cordova and Germantown, Tenn., and is adjacent to the 4500-acre Shelby Farms Park.
“Memphis is a thriving market with a shortage of high-quality rental housing options in the suburbs, said Dave Ellis, Executive Vice President, Arlington Properties. We are excited to deliver another highly-amenitized Class A community to this market.”
Arlington Properties is known for its market-leading amenities, including exceptional resident clubhouses. The Tapestry Forest Creek resident clubhouse will have a coffee shop, a coworking space, a fitness center with spin, a pet spa, a game room, and a package concierge.
The 14-acre Tapestry, Forest Creek community, will have seven buildings varying in shape and size and a combination of three and four-story buildings. The floor plan mix will include one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
The community will feature a resort-like pool, outdoor grilling/dining areas, and shared social spaces for residents.
“We are excited to expand our footprint further in the Memphis area, said Mary Bradley, Regional Vice President, Arlington Properties, and to bring residents the opportunity for an elevated lifestyle.”
