Birmingham, Alabama—November 4, 2024—Arlington Properties announced that Kevin Swim has joined Arlington Properties as its new Executive Director of Facilities. Swim brings a proven track record and a wealth of experience spanning a 30-year career in leadership, multifamily, and construction facilities management to this new role, with previous leadership experience at GoldOller and AIMCO companies.
Kevin’s leadership was instrumental in his rise from community manager to the Director of Construction, where he led a team of six project managers and directed Capital expenditures of $40-$60 million a year.
His scope of work has ranged from ground-up new-builds to complete renovations of existing structures, including luxury high-rise condominium towers, oceanfront hotel renovations, and a regional shopping center expansion.
