Birmingham, AL – Feb. 17, 2025 – Arlington Properties has announced the appointment of Catherine Holcombe as Vice President of Operations. With nearly 15 years of experience in operational leadership, financial strategy, and innovation, Holcombe brings a wealth of expertise to the role.

Most recently, Holcombe held an executive leadership position at a Birmingham-based firm, where she was responsible for the strategic direction and operations of the property management company and its multifamily portfolio across the Southeast. Before that, she served as a Regional Vice President with Arlington Properties, further strengthening her longstanding connection to the organization.

Holcombe holds credentials as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute, as well as the designations for Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM), awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification through the National Apartment Association.

Known for balancing attention to detail with high-level strategy, Holcombe has played pivotal roles in underwriting analysis and providing critical insights that have informed acquisition and development decisions. Her forward-thinking approach to property management and dedication to long-term value creation have established her as a leader in the real estate industry.
