Marc Holcombe has been promoted to regional manager for Arlington Properties (API).
Marc joined Arlington in March 2013, leading the charge on several successful lease-ups in Florida, Virginia, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee. Under his leadership, The District Lofts in Jackson, MS, won the coveted Arlington Star Award in 2018 for stellar performance. The Collins in Covington, LA, was recognized in the top 1% of properties in the nation in 2020 under Marc’s leadership for best online reputation by J. Turner and Associates, receiving the Elite 1% ORA Power Ranking with a score of 94.
Just as important, his assistant managers at both The District Lofts and The Collins seamlessly moved into Community Manager roles, and these communities remain top performers for ownership today.
His most recent undertaking, Velo Shelby Farms, resulted in a record-setting lease-up of 268 units in eight months with some of the highest rents in Memphis.
Marc’s experience includes 17 years in property management. Before joining API, Marc rose from property manager at Julian LeCraw & Company, Centergate Residential, and The Scully Company to senior/multi-site manager with United Dominion Realty.
Marc has successfully overseen Class A lease-ups, renovations, and repositioned communities and acquisitions and dispositions in Florida, Georgia, and Washington DC, and has won countless awards throughout his career.
In this new role, he will oversee a portfolio including communities in Jackson, MS, Covington, LA, Memphis, TN, and Birmingham, AL.
