With nearly 20 years of experience in operations, property management, and strategic business transformation, Roncadori brings a strong background in driving operational efficiency and implementing technology solutions to support business growth.
Before joining Arlington Properties, Roncadori served as Director of Operations at a Birmingham-based firm, where she played a key role in streamlining organizational strategies and contributing to new developments and multi-million-dollar renovation projects. Her expertise spans acquisitions and dispositions, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that strategic initiatives align with business objectives.

Roncadori’s passion for real estate began early, influenced by her family’s background in property management. Although she originally aspired to own an art gallery, she discovered her true calling after entering the leasing industry.
Beyond her professional career, Roncadori serves as Vice Chair of the Regional Advisory Council for Make-A-Wish Alabama and has spent the past four years volunteering, hiking, and fundraising to grant life-changing wishes for children. She has been one of the organization’s top fundraisers for three consecutive years, raising over $75,000 through the Trailblaze Challenge.
In her free time, Roncadori enjoys concerts, hiking, camping, art, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. She loves spending time with her daughter and brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her personal life as her career.
