BIRMINGHAM, Ala. –March 20, 2025—Arlington Properties, LLC is pleased to announce that Lindsay Vance, Arlington Regional Manager, has been appointed president of the Mobile Bay Area Apartment Association (MBAAA).

Vance is no stranger to the MBAAA, having previously served on the board as chaplain, treasurer and president-elect before stepping into the role of president. She has witnessed the organization’s growth over the years and anticipates further development during her tenure.

“I’m honored to lead the MBAAA and look forward to continuing to build on the strong foundation already in place,” Vance said. “My focus will be on fostering professional development, strengthening industry relationships and supporting our members in new and meaningful ways.”

Vance began her career in student housing in 2006 and steadily rose through the ranks, holding a variety of leasing team positions before joining Arlington Properties in 2023. She became a regional property manager with Arlington in 2024, also winning the company’s coveted Rising Star Award that same year. In her current leadership role, she says she enjoys “coaching, training, managing people and problem-solving.”

Vance has been married to her husband, George, for 12 years. They have two children, Anna, 10, and Beau, 2, and currently reside in Daphne, Alabama. When not working, Vance enjoys spending time at church, coaching softball, and cheering on her daughter at the ballfield while keeping up with her energetic toddler.
